Produced for the Sons of the Serpent by an ancient Masetian wizard long departed from this world, the Rings of the Serpent have passed from their original wielders and be-come part of treasure troves throughout the New World. The Ring of Serpant has three charges. When the attuned successfully makes an attack against a target, they can expend their reaction to use a charge of the Ring of Serpents. By expending a charge, the defender must make a DC14 Constitution saving throw. If the defender fails they take 1d6 poison damage and have the poisoned condition applied to them, repeating the saving throw at the end of each of their turns. If the defender passes they take half damage.
