It can be used with a bonus action when in the air to end any effects causing wearer to fly, hover or fall slowly, when the wearer hits the ground their fall damage is reduced by their constitution modifier times the number of people within 5 feet, every one within 5ft take damage equal to the unreduced fall damage.
