2-level Evocation
You let out a howl that carries the forbidden and dangerous knowledge of Yogg-Sototh
All targets must make wisdom saving throws,
if failed the target takes 1D10 + Char. Mod. Psychic damage and becomes deafened & fears the caster.
On a successful save the target takes half and becomes deafened.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3 or higher,
the scream becomes even louder and scarier raising the damage by 1D10 for each spell slot above the 2nd
