1. One charge can be used to cast Create or Destroy Water 2. One charge can be used to Freeze 10ft by 10ft of water 3. Two charges can be used to cast Control Water 4. One charge can be used to deal an extra 1d6+2 cold damage 5. One charge can be used to make an object up to 35ft by 35ft float or sink 6. Two Charges can be used to change the weather
