Luminous Swarm
2-level Evocation
You create a swarm of tiny, faintly luminous motes of pure force, which stream from your hand to surround a target you can see within range. The target makes all checks which rely on sight with disadvantage. In addition, the target takes 1d6 force damage at the start of each of its turns. At the end of each of its turns, it can make a Dexterity saving throw to end the effect. If a subject under the effects of luminous swarm is targeted by fever dream, the spells interact to create a cumulative effect. See the fever dream spell for details.
