3-level Enchantment
Choose a target within range which can see and hear you. That target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or with seemingly no regard for its safety begin moving around the battlefield. For the duration, the target must begin each of its turns by moving at least 10 feet. This movement provokes attacks of opportunity. The target has full control over where it moves, as long as it ends up at least 10 feet from where it started. If it is incapable of moving at least 10 feet, due to terrain or other obstacles, it remains in place but is incapacitated until the end of its next turn.
