Appearance

The Horn is made from a horn of long forgotten beast with a mouthpiece and bell made from gold. The sound emitted when the horn is blown sounds like the listens favorite song

Effects

Can be used as a musical instrument with +5 to checks it is used in. It contains five charges. Gain 1d4-1 charges at Sunrise if the horn is within hearing range of birds.

Charge Uses

1. Two charges can be used attempt to charm up to five creatures or humanoids within 25 ft 2. Two charges can be used to create a portal to the fey wild or the mortal plane 3. One charge can be used to cast Good Berry 4. One charge can be used to make plants produce fruit, wilt, or make vines grow up to 10 ft 5. One charge can be used to attract 6 beasts of CR 10 or lower but the beasts are not charmed or befriended 6. Two Charges can be used to cast Sound Burst, cast Shatter, Steal Voice, Speak to Plants and Animals or make the users voice up 100 times louder for up to 1 hr
