Flesh to Flesh
6-level Transmutation
You transmute the target creature’s flesh, causing it to rapidly
grow around and over itself into terribly bloated, cancerous
growths. If the target’s body is made of flesh, the creature must
make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the target
creature is unaffected by the spell. On a failed save, the target’s
flesh begins to rapidly grow in grotesque and horrid ways. At the
start of the creatures next turn, its speed is reduced by half, it
has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as Dexterity ability
checks and Dexterity saving throws.
If you maintain your concentration on this spell for the entire
possible duration, the grotesque growths remain permanent
until a remove curse or similar magic is cast on the target.
