You conjure down a 10-foot radius, 40-foot high cylinder of
blinding astral light at a point that you can see within range.
Each creature caught in the light must succeed on a
Constitution saving throw or be petrified in hardened stardust
until the start of your next turn.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a 5th-level
spell slot or higher, the radius increases by 5 feet per spell slot
level expended above 4th.
