Clothing made from pages of forgotten and lost books. Each page is covered in indecipherable and indescribable text. It is +1 studded leather and it does not require attunement, though you are the only one able to use it. 3 times a day you may designate a target to be your research subject as a free action on your turn. Immediately a line on a page lights up in fire and you learn one of the research subjects ability scores of your choice. Each successive turn you gain more and more knowledge about your research subject lighting up more and more lines of text on the armour.  

 
1. You learn all of its damage resistances and a fun fact about it
2.  You learn its type (elemental, giant, etc) and its traits(Two heads, legendary resistance, etc). In addition you learn about what it does during its down time
3.  You learn its conditional and damage immunities. You also learn about its dreams, ambitions, and motivations
4.  You learn all of its ability scores and one of its saving throws. You also learn about its past
5.  You know all of its saving throws and all of its weak points gaining advantage on attacks against it and +3 damage if you hit. You also learn its vision of the future
