It's a ice blue wizard hat, very big, with golden Stars and Sparkles on it. When the wearer puts it on their head it automatically transforms itself to the headroom of the creature e.g if they have ears and or horns the hat will have holes where they are. When dancing lights is cast with it, the stars start to glow and if the lights are farer away they will pop of the hat and move to their places. They'll return when the spell fades
