1-level Transmutation
You reach out and touch a creature, cursing their bodies with an icy aura that flows through them. Make a Melee Spell Attack and on a hit deal 1d6 Dexterity damage.
If the targets Dexterity is reduced to 0 or lower, then any remaining Dexterity damage is instead cold damage to the target. The target is then encased in Ice and their movement is reduced to 0. The target may make a Strength save at the beginning of their turn to break free. The target may also make a Strength saving throw whenever another target attacks them.
At higher levels: Every level higher than first does an additional 1d6 Dexterity damage. Ex, 2nd 2d6, 3rd 3d6...
