Wondrous Item Rare [(requires attunement by a rogue)]

This magical bracer fits over your forearm and resembles a scorpion. The bracer has a hidden slot that can conceal a small vial of poison or another harmful substance. You can make a melee attack with the bracer, using your Dex mod plus your proficiency bonus to hit. On a hit, the scorpion's tail lashes out, puncturing the target and injecting the contents of the vial. Roll 1d4 piercing damage plus a number of d6s equal to your current number of Sneak Attack dice to represent the damage done by the contents of the vial. The vial's contents are consumed on a successful attack.
