3-level Evocation
The next time you hit a creature with a weapon Attack before this spell ends, the weapon sets a crackling field of electricity around them. The Attack deals an extra 2d4 lightning damage to the target, and for the next minute each time the target casts a Spell or takes the Attack action each round, they take 2d4 lightning damage.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th Level or higher, the extra damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 3rd.
