They can detect prey or opponents within 4.5 meters by sense of smell. If the opponent is upwind, the range increases to 12 meters; if downwind, it drops to 1.5 meters. Strong scents can be detected at twice the ranges noted above. Overpowering scents can be detected at triple normal range. When they detect a scent, the exact location of the source is not revealed—only its presence somewhere within range. They also have a powerful jaw and claws. Age and Alignment like humans.
