This is a small ring that fits on any wearer's finger, and is a tiny portal to another plane of existence. It's looks are decided by the plane it leads to. E.g: A portal leading to the Abyss might be made of black steel, and decorated with hellish runes and demon horn. Portals leading to Mechanus might be made of tiny, whirring gears, while one leading to Limbo might be constantly changing form. One can also look though the portal, into a corresponding location on the plane on the other side.
