You harbor a strong dislike for something and the strength of that dislike is the value of the trait. It should be in relation the value both in scope and in strength. A strong dislike for storms in the fall could be a -1, while a seething hatred for all males would be a -4.

The dislike means that you will try your utmost to not expose yourself to the thing you dislike and if you are forced to do this, the trait could be used as a modifier for most things that take place while you are forced to endure it.
