These soft leather boots are made of what seems suspiciously like cured human skin. They mark the final remains of an unfortunate mortal insect whose life of torment was finally ended by their Master. Shaped to fit, these leather boots carry a touch of the mortal's agony, and sometimes as the bearer walks, the soft whisper step of leather is replaced with a whispered scream. Unearthly Howl: The bearer of these boots may tap into the powerful suffering that linger within them, allowing for a stomp to release the collective years of torment into one massive scream, shearing the minds of the unprepared. Once per night, you may let out a deathly scream that cuts to the bone and squeezes the heart in an icy grip. All targets in a 25 foot radius must succeed in a Courage save (DC 7) or suffer -3 penalty to all dice pool excluding Soak rolls until the end of the next round. Unearthly Howl counts as a bonus action.
