"The fir and frost elves reside in Feneriech yet unlike the elves of Atlasia they are very uninvolved, they have their own traditions and keep away from the politics of the men and dwarves." -Feneriech Entry Cold Instincts- Surviving in the wastes of Feneriech is rough, Frost Elves can choose to have proficiency in Perception or Survival Hunters Frost Blade- Once per long rest you can choose to cast Ice Knife, Intelligence is your casting ability for this spell and your DC is 13 In The Element- If you are in a snow covered or icy environment your movement increases by 10ft Art Of The Glacier- You can cast Mold Earth at will on ice and snow covered ground, Additionally you can cast Shape Water at will, the water freezes once concentration is broken, the ice has 1 health and 10 AC, any creature that is not a Frost Elf which wishes to walk across must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or the ice shatters, you can take a bonus action to strengthen the ice if it is within 5 ft making its AC 13, if you wish you can use your bonus action to extend the ice by 15ft
