Mhaaggh’maacch the Shrewd
Mhaaggh’maacch is something of an enigma among the Orokar. Derided by some Orcs (and some Orc deities) as Mhaaggh’maacch the Soft, he believes that constant warfare is not in the best interest of Orcs - that there are times when Orcs can become more powerful by cooperation, trade, and even non-violent interactions with the other peoples of Cartyrion.
But those who revere him do not call him “the Soft”. To his devotees, he is Mhaaggh’maacch the Shrewd - guiding his servants to power, respect, and fear by means other than simple violence. He believes that Diplomacy is a weapon that should be included in every arsenal.
Half-orcs that are familiar with their Orc heritage, but who find themselves living among humans or other peoples, will sometimes choose Mhaaggh’maacch as a principle deity - seeing him as a bridge between races.
