The Gods of Coercion

The Gods of Coercion are a faction among the Astralar made up of deities who believe that gathering and maintaining devotees by means of fear, trickery, or subterfuge is perfectly acceptable behavior. The faction includes gods from almost every race of Astralar, but the majority of the group are of the Orokar , Jotunar and Gobbinar races. In addition to those deities who identify strongly with this group, a number of others who claim to take neither side are in fact sympathetic to their beliefs and goals.

At the end of the Great Strife, four of the most prominent leaders of this group were imprisoned by their rivals, the Gods of Consent. Despite this, the faction continues to follow its beliefs, though much more covertly than before.
