Description Your flare wraps around your foes on impact, entangling them. Make a solar flare Strike. On a hit, the target is immobilized until the end of its next turn or until it Escapes (against your class DC), whichever comes first. On a critical hit, the target is additionally off-guard for as long as it’s immobilized.
