Creatures who begin their in your quantum field must attempt a Fortitude save against your class DC; creatures with light blindness treat their result as one step worse. Degrees of Performance

Success The creature is unaffected.
Failure The creature is dazzled for 1 round.
Critical Failure The creature is blinded for 1 round, then dazzled for 1 round.
